book thirteen : The Butterfly Garden by Dot Hutchison

Book Title: The Butterfly Garden
Author: Dot Hutchison
Series:  None
Genres: Psychological Thriller, Suspense, Mystery, Crime Fiction, Horror

There’s a mansion, somewhere in the middle of the countryside with stunning views and a beautiful garden. In this garden are a collection of ‘butterflies’, young, kidnapped women who have been tattooed to resemble their namesakes. The garden is discovered and the FBI work to unravel the mystery of the case in front of them, and the enigma that is one of the survivors, known only as Maya.

I read about this book when I was browsing the newcomers on Amazon, adding them to my wish list for when they were published.

The Butterfly Garden’s plot stood out to me, as did the stunning book cover. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it and when I saw it on NetGalley, I was so excited. It was available to wish for and boy, did I press that button quickly.

Imagine my happiness when I was granted permission from the publishers to read the book early for an honest review.

Think of a rocket heading to the sky, think bigger. Think bigger than that.

Hi, yes, that was me.

Right, this book is insane. I was astounded. I was amazed. I was heartbroken.

I loved it.

Please, please read it.

I mean it.

I give this book a 5 out 5.

* I received my copy via NetGalley in exchange for a fair and honest review.
